8.6ha の大面積広葉樹林。町道沿いで接道幅も広く、林業機械の搬入可。敷地北端に小さな湧水あり。冬季の積雪は 1m 前後だが、太平洋側のため雪解けは早い。重要土地等調査法の指定区域には該当しない（要再確認）。
