四万十川源流域の急峻な杉檜混交林。先代から3世代にわたって間伐・枝打ちが続けられた施業林で、FSC的な評価軸でも記録性が高い。林道未接道のため搬出は索道もしくは隣地経由の協議が必要。地域は森林環境譲与税の活用も活発。
